YS Falls Restrictions

• Swimming is only permitted in designated areas under the supervision of lifeguards. Guests must follow all safety instructions from lifeguards to ensure a safe experience.
• Climbing the waterfalls is only allowed with the assistance of a trained guide. Unauthorized climbing is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
• Proper footwear is required for all visitors. Water shoes, sturdy sandals, or sneakers are recommended for those participating in activities like waterfall climbing or swimming. Flip-flops are not allowed.
• The falls and surrounding areas must be kept pristine. Visitors are not permitted to remove natural elements such as rocks, plants, or wildlife. Littering is strictly prohibited.
• The consumption of alcohol and recreational drugs is prohibited at the falls. Guests under the influence will not be allowed to participate in activities and may be removed from the site.
• Photography is allowed, but guests should avoid using flash near the falls, as this can disturb both the wildlife and other visitors. Drones are prohibited without prior authorization.
• Tourists must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate in the activities at YS Falls (e.g., swimming, etc).
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Smoking near the falls, on the platforms, or within the gardens is not allowed.
• Disrespectful or disruptive behavior, including inappropriate conduct in the water or on the zipline, will result in removal from the tour.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including any items brought on the tour. The tour operator is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• All guests are required to wear any provided safety equipment (such as life jackets, helmets, or harnesses) and follow safety instructions at all times during activities.

• Should the tour be canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a rescheduled tour or a full refund, depending on the operator’s policy.
• Alcohol consumption is prohibited during activities at YS Falls, including swimming. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate in any activities and may be removed from the premises without a refund.
• The tour operator is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen during the tour, including items brought into the water. Guests are advised to secure their belongings before participating in any activities.
• All tours are subject to availability. Tour slots are limited, and booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred date and time. The operator is not responsible for any issues arising from unavailability or overbooking.
• The tour operator will not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
